We recently moved to Sherman Oaks from the west side into a flipped home that by all accounts looked perfect, except for an issue with mold in the garage which we knew we’d need to address. Then it rained. HARD. Our house had leaks coming in from almost every door, the garage had cement sloping toward it causing the mold issue to grow worse, and led framing had been used on new doors and windows causing water to seep in everywhere. And then we met Simon. He drove out to our home the same night we called, got us set up with a financing plan, and had his workers begin the next day. Owning a home with issues felt so overwhelming, but Simon was ALWAYS professional, perfectionistic, and was honest with us if something didn’t need to be replaced. He genuinely cares about his customers, and has pride in the work his company does. In fact, my husband’s parents were so impressed with their work that they are now having them come to work on their house as well. From start to finish, Simon and his lovely crew fixed our home in a matter of two and half weeks. They are FAST, efficient, and skilled. He remodeled our entire garage and fixed our mold problem as well. We are SO HAPPY and cannot recommend him enough.

My Giy Levi facilitated the whole process for our bathroom renovation from Tub to Walk in shower , He made sure we are aware of the process from the initial discussion of the work order up to end cost , when work is expected to be finish . Although we would have wanted more work to be done in her house st this time we aren’t ready finically but his company will Be a priority to consider He also had good & & hard working crew that made the work so much pleasure to see.
